  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

  • During high-demand periods, festivals, or sales, order processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

 


 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer reliable shipping across India through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 (5–8 business days)

  • Express Shipping: ₹149 – ₹199 (2–4 business days) (available in select cities)

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or public holidays).

 


 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your order directly through the link provided or on the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at miraclestorystore@gmail.com.

 


 

4. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship across India.
We are working on expanding our delivery network to serve you internationally in the future.

 


 

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

 


 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully inspect and pack every order before shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at miraclestorystore@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 


 

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances (like natural disasters, courier delays, or local restrictions) may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you and work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

8. International Shipping (Future Scope)
