Thank you for shopping with MiracleStory. We truly appreciate your trust in us and strive to provide you with energised bracelets, vastu products, and home interior items that add positive energy and harmony to your space.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or email confirmation).

Please note: Due to the spiritual and energised nature of many of our products (especially energised bracelets and vastu items), some items are non-returnable once opened or used, as their energy balance may be altered.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, spiritual, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Energised bracelets or spiritual products that have been worn or used.

  • Customised or personalised items.

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer (unless damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

 


 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at miraclestorystore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following options at no extra cost to you:

  • Replacement of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Store credit for the full value of your order.

  • Full refund to your original payment method.

 


 

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may issue a store credit or request your bank details to process the refund.

 


 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of your returned product.

  • MiracleStory will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

 


 

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
